SHIPPING
We ship items in the continental United States. For all other international orders please contact us at 978.319.9666 as special rates apply to such transactions. All of our products are shipped FedEx Ground. We can also ship your package 3-Day Express, 2Day, or Standard Overnight for an additional charge if you would like your order to arrive sooner. Shipping rates are based on weight, size and destination of your package. If you need your order by a certain date, please indicate so in the additional instructions section on the checkout page and we will make every effort to make sure that your package arrives to you on time. Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified via the website or e-mail.

DELIVERY TIME
Upon proof approval, we ship orders out within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that Standard FedEx shipping can take up to 1- 2 weeks. These numbers are just estimates though and should be used as a guideline when placing an order.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
All of our sales are final. Refunds will only be administered on orders that are defective, or were incorrect when shipped. We cannot accept returns as all of our orders are designed specifically for your application, and are considered custom. If an order is cancelled before we have printed or cut the order, a refund may be issued, minus a proofing fee.
